- For dough:- In a bowl add water and sugar. Mix it, after 10 min add yeast and salt. Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 2hours.
- For tikki :- In a bowl add chicken, Salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander - mint leaves, spice powder, 1egg, schezwan sauce and mix it.
- Now make medium size tikkis from the above mixture.
- Now take one tikki deep in beaten egg, then coat in bread crumbs and shallow fry it.
- Take out the dough and divide into 10 parts. Make small round rotis from them. Now make small hole or cut in five rotis.
- Take 1 roti, put half cheese slice on it, put tikki then cover with another cutted roti. Apply melted butter on it. Then bake it at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve it with the mayo chutney.
