- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Black peppercorns
- 250 gms Chana daal
- 2 Potatoes
- Other ingredients:
- Round burger buns as required
- 1 Onion large
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil to fry
Steps to make to make Memoni Bun Kabab
- Soak daal for 1-2 hours.
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Cook together daal and potatoes along with all spices.
- Cook till moisture evaporates,masala is dry and both daal and potatoes are completely cooked.
- Lastly add in garam masala.
- Chopparize this masala well.
- Add in 1 egg and mix well.
- Make small round kababs.
- Beat eggs till frothy.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Lightly roll kababs in crumbs.
- Dip in egg.
- Deep fry till light golden.

- Add in corn flour and maida.

- Mix crushed chillies in it.
