- (After 15 mins) Add 1tsp ENO in it. And mix all in a nice way and then take a idli pan and put batter in idli pan and then keep it on gas. (Within 10-15 mins your idli will ready)
- Fillings: Potatoes, Carrot, Peas, Coriander, Salt, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Chat masala, Cumin powder (jeera powder). For fillings mix all these ingredients to make (Aloo tikki) and now it's time to fry
- Now take 2 pieces of idli. Now put pizza sauce on 1st idli and green chutney on second idli.
- Now we need to take first idli on which we putted pizza sauce and then put aloo tikki on it and after putting aloo tikki on idli now put Mozzarella cheese on aloo tikki and on cheese put Oregano and Chilli flakes on cheese.
- And now it's time to put second idli (green chuttney idli) on the top.
- Now take a pan(kadhai) and put butter in the pan and then shallow fry idli burger
