  6. Heat the oven around 350 to 400 degrees brush the tops with that one egg as mentioned in the recipe for topping then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. For the filling saute onions and set aside.
  8. In a bowl, combine the minced beef with garlic, ginger, parsley and thyme. Season, add the onions and mix well. Using your hands, shape into 4 patties
  9. Using your hands, shape into 4 patties.
    Cook the burgers on a preheated pan for 5-6 minutes on each side. While the second side is cooking, lay a slice of cheese on top to melt slightly(if using Cheese) mine I don't have cheese you can use fried egg (optional)

Fill with the lettuce, cabbage,beef and tomato and cucumber slices. Serve with ketchup if you like but I used mayo mixed with a bit of saffron to give me that yellow mustard color.
